Okay, so my friend Nicole sent me this email and I loved it. Enjoy!

This recently paroled Bilingual Barbie comes with a 9mm handgun, a Ray Lewis knife, a Chevy with dark tinted windows, and a Meth Lab Kit. This model is only available after dark and must be paid for in cash (preferably small, untraceable bills) unless you are a cop, then we don't know what you are talking about.

This tobacco-chewing, brassy-haired Barbie has a pair of her own high-heeled sandals with one broken heel from the time she chased beer-gutted Ken out of Sweet Home Barbie's house. Her ensemble includes low-rise acid-washed jeans, fake fingernails, and a see-through halter-top. Also available with a mobile home.

"North Portland Barbie"
This Barbie now comes with a stroller and infant dolls from two different races. Optional accessories include a GED and bus pass. Gangsta Ken and his 1979 Caddy were available, but are now very difficult to find since the addition of the second infant.

She does not want or need a Ken doll, but if you purchase two Eugene Barbies and the optional Subaru wagon, you get a rainbow flag bumper sticker for free.

Barn Party 2007

I had a great time tonight at the 3rd Annual Barn Party! For the first time I entered into the chili contest and the pie contest. I was quite surprised to actually win both! Of course, mine was the only fruit pie, but I was up against some tough competition with spicy chili. Especially since I don't really like chili, or spicy stuff. I had Crista taste it first, and then another friend. I actually didn't taste it until after Stess had put some in her bowl. Wow it was spicy! I do have a funny story to go along with my items. Pictures are worth a thousand words, unfortunately I don't have a picture of this, so you'll have to use your imagination. On the way to the party Stess had the crock pot of Chili sitting in a large cardboard box on her lap. In her hand was the pie in it's pie plate. We were driving her little Mustang and I was driving, trying to do so carefully so as not to spill the chili or dump the pie. We went up a small hill and realized that the chili wa...

Mi Primera Fin de Semana en Espana - My first weekend in Spain

This was my first view from my hotel when I arrived on Friday afternoon:  After a short nap, MUCH needed but short because I did want to sleep later that night, this was the view that I woke to... The clouds had burned away and it was SO beautiful! There's a beautiful walkway along the ocean. People are always walking, running and biking along it. I discovered that, though I'd bought an adapter at home, it was not the correct one for Spain. So I headed out to explore and with one thing in mind. Stopping first at the reception desk, I exchanged some money and asked for directions to a location where I could purchase said adapter. Thankfully they had a map that they gave me and pointed out a store just up the street that would probably have what I was looking for. Before walking up the streets in search, I stopped to admire the view closer.  This statue is located right outside of the hotel. Here's a close up:   As I sat in this area I obviously l...
